A lot of things have happened like 11-S or Michael Jackson's death. In 2009 swine flu epidemic appeared. In 2008, Obama was elected as USA new president, and he's the first black president in this country. The Peseta changed in 2000 into Euro.
In the world of music, Lady Gaga appeared in 2008 and now she's a very important singer. Michael Jackson dead in 2009 and that was a very sad notice for the world.

Times are changing, and along with the people, the world is changing and our way to see our lives, in just ten years many things have changed, for example in 2001, in march 26th vladimir putin was elected for president in russia, meanwhile, aznar is selected in spain for another four years, in april 24th, gran hermano is launched in telecinco etc.after that, we have gone through an attack to the twin towers in the 11th of september of 2001, dictatorships in north and south korea, chavez's dictatorship, problem with somalian pirates, a huge increase of ilegal inmigration from africa, michael's jackson death etc.
But let's change the topic, everithing has evolved, and especially the music.
The house music has rised high, since it's creation in the 80s (when was listened by gay and afroamerican peopole in discos) and also the indie style has grown popular, with innovations.

in year 2003 a female suicide bomber detonated a bomb near a bus carrying soldiers and civilians to a military airfield in Mozdok, killing at least 16.
in 2004 Facebook was founded at Cambridge, Massachusetts.
in year 2005 bali bombings killed 26 people and injure more than 100.
in 2006 I didn't find any interesting new but in 2007 multiple suicide bombings killed 572 people in Qahtaniya, northern Iraq.
in year 2008 summer Olympics take place in Beijing, China.
in 2009 Michael jackson the pop's king died.

2000 – 2010 was a representative decade for all events. Our society moved forward gradually in the economic field as the exit of the euro in 2000. That is something positive...and as a negative aspect the war of Iraq in the field of society.
In 2002 the oil tanker Prestige was sunk with more than 77,000 tons of fuel onboard which it caused an oil slick.
In 2004 was marked for the attack in the trains of Madrid and a year but afternoon attack in the underground of London.
In 2007 Nicolas Sarkozy is chosen chairman of the French Republic.
In 2008 arrive the white house Barack Obama 44 chairman of United States.
